I am delighted that you have accepted my offer of a complimentary session. You have overcome the initial hesitation to explore coaching and this could be a start of a new growth process, enabling us to jointly explore your potential.

Ever since the technological revolution, life has become fast and furious and everyone experiences pressure to perform and there is never enough time to do what needs to be done. Sometimes people are hesitant to make a commitment to explore coaching because they don’t think they have enough time for it. Most coaching sessions are conducted on the phone and you could be talking to your coach from the privacy of your office or the comfort of your home on a schedule that is convenient for you.

Over a period of time as you explore coaching this investment of time will enable you to perform more effectively and obtain results that are far beyond your expectations because you will be more centered and be able to perform more efficiently.

Coaching helps to create momentum by developing principle-based plans and strategies whereby most emotional issues melt away. If certain emotional issues persist and if you so choose, my background and training in Psychology can help us address and jointly resolve these difficulties.

Here are the steps to get started:
  1. Complete the Complimentary Session Prep Form as a starting point to record issues that concern you, with pointers to direct you. (This is a Word doc that will download to your computer.)
  2. Fill out the Contact Form to schedule your complimentary session.
  3. After your information is received by Dr. Prakash, an email will be sent with suggested dates and times for the complimentary session.
  4. Once the session date and time are finalized, additional information about the call will be sent.

Thank you for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you.
Om Prakash, Ph.D.
