  1. First of all I would like to say wonderful blog!
    I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
    I’ve had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.

    I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
    minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?

      I regret the delayed response to your question, we were on vacation.

      If you love to write, but something is holding you back, follow the steps below recommended by Elena Brower, a Yoga and Meditation teacher in New York;

      • Create a cozy writing space that feels cozy and special, a candle near your comfort chair
      to light when you are ready to write.
      • Choose your medium wisely: If bank page intimidates you, buy a Journal that prompts,
      such as Browers new book, Practice You. It is filled with instructions and inquires that
      will inspire new perspectives and help you stay on track with your intensions.
      • Meditate Before You Write: Meditation will help clear your headspace.

      If need to learn to meditate, I will be glad to help you learn. You don’t need to buy commercial tapes or download meditation application, because they are contemplative, which will further clutter your mind. In a deep sedative state, there are .no contemplative thoughts, mind becomes completely silent and clear of all thoughts.
