Over a period of time as you explore coaching, this investment of time will enable you to perform more effectively and obtain results that are far beyond your expectations, because you will be more centered and be able to perform more efficiently.

- Create an agenda for the session: Complete the Complimentary Session Prep Form
as a starting point to record issues that concern you, to set the agenda for the session.

us, a few days prior to your session date.
